We want to inform you that we are introducing new security measures in our order processing to protect our platform from malicious users.

 

New fraud prevention is now in place. This simply means:

 

- It will block orders from VPNs and/or proxy networks.

- It will block high-risk countries

- It will block fake addresses

- It will block card/country mismatch, i.e. your payment method billing address must be the same as the address of your account.

 

We hope that these features will go towards preventing abuse. If you encounter a fraud error during ordering, please open a ticket with us to rectify the issue.

 

Violating our terms of service is grounds for account termination and forfeiting all rights to a refund.
