About cancelling a payment subscription

Most subscriptions are renewed automatically unless you cancel them.

• If you cancel, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.
• If you want to cancel immediately, you must select the "Cancel Immediately" option.

How to cancel a subscription

1. Go to your Client Area. 
2. Click on Services.
3. Select the Product/Service you wish to cancel. 
4. Click on the red button that says Request cancellation.
5. Describe the reason why you would cancel, and then select Cancellation type ( Immediate / End of Billing Period ).
